Article 1 – Definitions of terms used in the charter

The contact details of Site Users who have registered on the Site will be saved, in compliance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. Article 4 – Purposes of the Data collected

The Data identified as mandatory on the Site’s forms is required in order to benefit from the Site’s corresponding functionalities, and more specifically from the operations on the content offered within the Site.

Article 6 – Data security

You are informed that your Data may be disclosed in application of a law, regulation or by virtue of a decision by a competent regulatory or judicial authority or, if necessary, for the purposes of the Publisher’s rights and interests.

Article 7 – Data retention period

The Data is stored at the site host, whose contact details are given in the Site’s legal notice, and is kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. After this period, they will be kept exclusively for statistical purposes and will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever.
